Qns: what currency are your products in?

Ans: Singapore Dollars.

Qns: Which payment method do you accept?

Ans: Currently POSB/DBS Transfer, POSB/DBS Internet Banking and Paypal. Interbank transfers are strictly not accepted.


SHIPPING

Qns: How do you mail out the items?

Ans: By Singpost

Qns: How long will i receive my items and when will orders arrive?

Ans: Our sprees are normally closed on a sunday and orders will normally be sent for processing on
Sunday midnight, sometimes even in the wee hours which makes it a Monday. Latest will be tuesday. We strongly highlight for customers to make their payment as soon as you receive your confirmation order to ensure the flow of the spree and order processing.

For Asian Sprees
Orders will reach Singapore tentatively 4 to 6 days, a week for some leeway. Upon arrival and dispatch, customers who opted for
normal postage will receive their items approximately 2 to 3 business days depending on the speed of Singapore's Post Office Mailing System. For self collection, please refer to the relevant section. Exception for taiwan sprees.

For Western Sprees
Orders will reach Singapore tentatively 2 to 3 weeks, 4 weeks for leeway. Upon arrival and dispatch, customers who opted for normal postage will receive their items approximately 2 to 3 business days depending on the speed of Singapore's Post Office Mailing System. For self collection, please refer to the relevant section below.


SELF COLLECTION

Qns: When are self collection held and when?

Ans: Self collection will only be held at Tampines Mrt Station, on the 2nd and last weekend of the month. Only 1 day for each week which works out to 2 days a month.

Qns: I can't make it this weekend, is there another self collection?

Ans: If you aren't able to make it on the first week, opt for the last week. Please opt for postage if you cannot wait.

Qns: I will be going overseas and when my orders arrive, can you please hold on to my orders
until i get back?

Ans: Yes, do bear in mind that self collections are only held twice in a month.
It will be best for you to opt for postage instead.


POSTAGE

Qns: If i opt for normal postage what if my item gets lost?

Ans: Till date, no normal postage parcel has gone missing. A return address is attached to each parcel. Even if it's lost, we will try our best to administer a search for you. However, please bear in mind that we have obsolutely no responsiblility in any lost mails via normal postage.
Go for registered mail for a safer choice.

Qns: What are the charges for normal and registered mail?

Ans: We go by singpost's postage rates and registered mail will be an additional $2.25 on top of normal mail rates. Tracking number will be provided for registered articles.


FREE DELIVERY

Qns: Do you provide delivery?

Ans: Yes, as stated in our terms and conditions, we provide delivery at a fixed charge
of Sgd $20 to any accessible location in Singapore. Deliveries will only be done during the weekends.

Qns: Is there any free delivery?

Ans: Yes, the minimum for free delivery will be $150.
This is however subjective only to certain sprees.

Qns: Are you reliable if i place my orders with you?

Ans: The question is will you be able to put your trust on us. We've dealt with many customers
and we're happy to say it makes us happy when our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases as well as what we can do for them. The vast online shopping world has indeed given plenty online shoppers unpleasant experiences and perhaps you who are reading this right now has been scammed/cheated before. What we would say is to be wary and be careful while making your purchases. As much as we hope the best for everyone in your online shopping, it's good to be aware that there are so many different people in this world. One will not be able to accurately predict a person. Qns: Do you accept international orders?
Ans: Yes we do.

Qns: How are payments made?

Ans: Only by credit card via paypal. You do not need to own a paypal account for this. You will need to bear postages charges as well as paypal charges.

Qns: How much will the postage fees be?

Ans: We go by our local courier rates here.

Qns: How long will i receive my purchases?

Ans: It will range between 3 to 10 business days from the day of mail out.

Qns: Can i have the FULL measurements for item xxx and xxxx? (Pre-orders)

Ans: Normally we'll try my best to answer such questions as we are not the manufacturer of these products, measurements are stated by our supplier. So please be understanding if you're asking for a pit to pit measurement or you're asking for a waist measurement for a top, it will not be possible.
